You'll get their story, their rules, and what they can never say. We expect you to shoot like you understand why that brand exists.
The plan meets the room and the room wins. We need your judgment in the moment, not a text asking what to do.
We use it for transcripts, selects, and organizing footage so the creative time goes to creative work. You don't need to be an expert. You need to be curious and not precious about it.
We hire taste on purpose. If you only want to execute someone else's storyboard, this will frustrate you.
Raw files delivered every shoot, every time, no exceptions. The edit is not done until the handoff is done.
Sony preferred. Content experience required. Marketing experience is a plus. Project-based work with room to grow into recurring client programs.
Based in or able to work reliably in New York City, Miami, Mexico City, or Los Angeles. Travel outside the US comes up on some productions, so tell us where you stand.
